What You'll Do
- Handle administrative tasks — from scheduling content updates and coordinating with writers to keeping project documentation organized and up to date.
- Manage and update website content, ad placements, and partner listings using CMS tools
- Research and reach out to potential advertisers, sponsors, and partners to promote banner positions and collaboration opportunities.
- Research and reach out to potential content contributors
- Prepare and maintain sales materials (pricing decks, proposals, performance reports).
What We Expect
- Experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or sales support
- Organizational and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Confidence in handling outreach, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of web content management systems and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong English skills — both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, “get-things-done” attitude — comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
- Interest in the Tax, Legal, or Accounting sectors is a significant advantage.
