Job Description

Join a dynamic international team as a Project Manager, where you’ll take the lead on a variety of strategic capital projects - from facility expansions and equipment upgrades to enhancing operational processes. Your strong project leadership will contribute directly to the ongoing success and efficiency of production across European plants. 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Project Oversight: Ensure project costs are controlled and quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle.

  • Team Leadership: Facilitate collaboration across diverse project teams, promoting clear communication and strong teamwork.

  • Project Delivery: Successfully manage and complete large-scale capital investments, meeting deadlines and financial targets.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a similar discipline is required; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including hands-on experience with relevant tools and software.
  • Extensive background in managing capital projects within the process industry, with a history of delivering results effectively.
  • Practical experience in driving process enhancements, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Holding a PMP certification or an equivalent credential is beneficial.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
