Project manager

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Energy Projects Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical and energy projects from initial pricing and negotiations through to full project completion.

The role covers a variety of projects, including electrical switchboards, substations, generators, transformers, solar power plants and other electrical energy solutions.

This is a hands-on and dynamic position involving close cooperation with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. The position is not focused on active sales, but strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and energy projects from initial price negotiation through to successful project completion.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, contractors and subcontractors.
• Supervise works and project progress at construction sites.
• Regularly visit clients and project sites.
• Maintain close communication with clients and ensure their requirements are properly addressed.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and overall profitability.
• Take responsibility for the project's profit/loss (P&L) performance.
• Prepare, coordinate and maintain project-related documentation.
• Coordinate technical drawings, quotations, cost estimates and other project documentation, working together with relevant technical specialists where required.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues independently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed deadlines, quality requirements and budgets.

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of project management experience in the construction, electrical or energy sector.
• Previous experience working with electrical or energy projects.
• Good understanding of pricing, costing and project profitability principles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Electrical Energy Worker qualification/certificate for operation of electrical installations (AK) is preferred; candidates who already hold the relevant certificate are highly preferred.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong computer skills and experience working with industry-specific / engineering software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of occupational health & safety and fire safety requirements is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the construction and/or energy sector
