About the role

At the moment we are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager who will manage high-quality digital assets and ad campaigns efficiently. You will work in a team of people driven by innovation and passion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Run effective digital marketing campaigns to obtain best value for the customer;
• Ensure all campaigns are optimized, providing effective review (including tracking analytics) to refine them to meet objectives;
• Effectively nurturing clients’ needs – working proactively to champion clients’ interests, making strategy recommendations to capitalize on potential opportunities, informed by analytics and campaign monitoring;
• Client liaison – maintaining excellent relationships with all clients;
• Efficiently manage, plan and book the time of the creative team;
• Use management tools to track, manage and organize various task requests from clients’; 
• Working effectively with external suppliers, collaborators, sub-contractors and freelancers;
• Ensuring client and internal projects run smoothly and on time, juggling resources as required to meet budgets and conflicting deadlines;
• Assess risks, impacts and manage dependencies across teams, including communication strategies and coordination activities;
  
  

Requirements:

We expect you to possess the following competencies:

• Excellent time management skills and passion to get things done;
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially good levels of email etiquette for communication with stakeholders;
• “Customer first” mindset;
• Attention to details;
• Great team player;
• Confidence with MS Office;
• General understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends;
  
  

Bonus:

• Proven track record of delivering value to customers and/or stakeholders in previous organizations;
• Danish language skills would be considered as a great advantage;
