PROJECT MANAGER (wood, plastic, textile)

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administrate projects, maintain projects plans, ensuring progress and meeting deadlines.
• Plan and coordinate project resources to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks and foster collaboration among internal departments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet quality and sustainable standards effectively.
• Identify and prevent risks and implement alternative action plans.

• Experience in project management (textile, wood, metal product development) will be an advantage.
• Excellent logical skills and ability to work proactively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset and management potential.
• Adaptable to changing project requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, German – will be an advantage.
