Job Description

To sustain its strong growth, and in line with Kimitec strategy in the Baltics states, the company offers to join the team as a Promoter in Lithuania, reporting to the Area manager

Main job responsibilities:

• Recommend and advise products at farmer and distributor level, and monitor product application and use
• Develop product portfolio and increase sales number in a market of Lithuania following company strategy
• Develop company brand awareness through various marketing and sales promotion activities
• Source business intelligence information on market, products, distribution, competition
• Develop trials with partners in order to adapt Kimitec’ solutions to our clients’ requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy / Agriculture with 3-5 years of experience in sales of inputs for field crops (plant protection, fertilizers, seeds, biostimulants, ...)


• Excellent communication, cooperation, and persuading skills


• Good ability to communicate in writing and orally in English


• Readiness and openness to learn


• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office environment, CRM system management)


• Self-motivation, autonomy, sales target strong orientation and ability to be on the road constantly
