Public Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Public Procurement Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the company’s participation in public procurement tenders.
This is a newly created position. We are looking for a mid-level professional who can gradually take full responsibility for managing the entire public procurement process — from identifying relevant tenders to preparing and submitting offers and monitoring results.
As a supplier/tender participant, we particularly value experience with public procurement from the supplier’s perspective.
Responsibilities
• Monitor CVP IS, CPO LT and other relevant public procurement platforms
• Identify new tenders and procurement opportunities relevant to the company
• Review and analyse tender documentation, requirements and conditions
• Prepare and submit tender offers and related documentation
• Monitor tender results and follow up on procurement processes
• Initially coordinate key decisions with the Head of Sales and Procurement, with the expectation of gradually taking full ownership of the process independently
• Contribute to increasing the number of successful tenders, product lines and commercial opportunities

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in public procurement
• Strong knowledge of CVP IS, CPO LT and other relevant procurement systems
• Ability to independently read, understand and analyse tender documentation and requirements
• Good understanding of public procurement processes and key legal principles
• English – C1 level
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and make well-informed decisions
Nice to Have
• Experience with pharmaceutical or medical device tenders would be a strong advantage
• Good commercial understanding and the ability to look beyond administrative document preparation
• Experience working with tenders from the supplier’s perspective
