Job Description

In order to further develop the organization, we are currently looking for a Quality and Regulatory Affairs Specialist to our team in Kaunas to be our expert on all quality- and regulatory matters concerning our business within Lithuania.

Your tasks include a large variety of quality and regulatory related activities in relation to marketing and selling of pharmaceutical products and food supplements in cooperation with our responsible persons within Nordic countries.

Key responsibilities

You will take care of regulatory affairs activities, function as a local safety contact (PV) and maintain our quality system locally. As a local expert you will take care of product complaint handling and safety coordination.

You will handle tasks related to Standard Operation Procedures and continuous improvement. You will train local sales personnel and review marketing materials. You will support compliance and provide support to audits.

You will handle all local regulatory affairs tasks from variation handling to submissions. We expect clear and efficient communication with clients and authorities when needed. You will get full support from your colleagues in our Nordic team. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Affairs in Finland.

Due to the nature of your job you should expect certain business trips to Baltic countries and Finland (once a month). You can work either in our office or from home office (up to 80% of office hours).

Requirements

About you

You have a life science or health related education. You should have at least three years of experience working within the Pharma Industry in quality or regulatory affairs.

You have a customer focused mindset and a dynamic attitude, and you are committed to continuously develop your competence.

You are not afraid of changing situations or working independently. Your quality-orientated mindset is profound, and your approach to work is proactive and cooperative. You demonstrate effective structuring and organizing skills. Your Microsoft Office-skills are good and you express yourself well in Lithuanian and in English.
