Intersurgical has been designing, manufacturing and supplying a wide range of quality respiratory products to hospitals all over the world for over twenty years. This position may be based at our factory in Pabrade, Visaginas, or at our office in Vilnius.

 

Quality Complaints Coordinator

 

About the Role

 

We’re looking for a proactive Quality Complaints Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that customer complaints and internal quality issues are handled effectively, documented accurately, and resolved in line with our procedures and regulatory standards. You’ll be investigating cases, coordinating corrective actions, and communicating with colleagues, authorities, and external partners to make sure every issue leads to improvement.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Lead and document complaint investigations following established quality procedures.
  • Define, track, and close corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), ensuring effectiveness.
  • Communicate with complainants, authorities, and other stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our digital complaints management system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and prevent recurrence of issues.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • University degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong documentation and correspondence writing skills in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Lithuanian.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 

Preferred:

  • Experience communicating with external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or non-conformity investigations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
