Quality Leader

This position will ensure that the service that the Vilnius Shared Services Centre provides is fit for purpose, and is consistent with and meets both external and internal requirements, including compliance and customer expectations.

• Ensuring that all of the Vilnius operation is certified to a Global Shared Services Quality Management System (QMS) standard similar to ISO 9001-2008
• Maintaining oversight on project delivery team planning and support for key Quality deliverables
• Providing management oversight and leadership to all Quality Assurance staff and ensuring that all processes have approved quality review programs
• Responsible for site Document Control & record control
• Liaising with Project Managers to ensure all quality deliverables for each migration is in place prior to project completion - communicate regularly with Business Partners in on Quality matters
• Identifying non-conformance issues to the Project Manager, Functional Team Leads and Account Manager and work to close these
• Monitoring and scheduling workload of Quality Analysts in support of portfolio priorities

• Relevant work experience with strong working knowledge and implementation of a Quality Management Systems e.g., ISO 9001, CMMi
• Experience in implementing and embedding Quality Assurance process improvements on large scale project / functions and operational teams
• Prior experience in a similar Quality Assurance management position in an International environment is required to be considered for this position
• Preferred certification, Quality ISO Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt or any other similar certification
• University degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, Science, Business or a related field of study
• Language skill: fluent in English
• Italian OR French OR German OR Spanish language is big bonus, but not essential
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, strong communication skills, both written and spoken, combined with good analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and create and execute effective quality plans / audits with minimal guidance
