Manage the full recruitment process for administrative level specialist roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
Perform sourcing activities through external databases, alternative channels and managing preferred suppliers if needed.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Administrate recruitment in SuccessFactors.
Requirements
At least 1-2years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong English skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (advantage).
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for growing talent acquisition capabilities.
