Recruitment Consultant (fixed term contract)

Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment process for administrative level specialist roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Perform sourcing activities through external databases, alternative channels and managing preferred suppliers if needed.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Administrate recruitment in SuccessFactors.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong English skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (advantage).
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for growing talent acquisition capabilities.
