You’ve been in the trenches of Recruitment or Sales for at least 1 year (and lived totell the tale).

✔You have a total of 3+ years of work experience — ideally, you know what work is.

✔Proactivity isn’t just a buzzword for you — you actually take ownership (yes, thatmeans you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do every 5 minutes).

✔You bring a "Can-do attitude" — aka, you don't crumble when things get messy(spoiler: they will). You're here to solve problems, not create them.

✔You know how to build Meaningful Relationships — we’re not into transactionalrecruiting; we prefer the "trusted advisor" vibe.

✔You speak English — not just “Google Translate” level, but actually holding a properconversation in interviews

Salary: €2200–4300 gross/month, based on experience.
