Requirements Management Expert

• Maintain and update the RB Rail Requirements Management Process and associated governance documentation.
• Continuously improve the Requirements Management Tool (Jama), including its configuration and deployment.
• Develop and maintain training materials, work instructions, and user guidance for stakeholders involved in Requirements Management activities.
• Coordinate the Requirements Management process with all entities involved (internal and external).
• Support Verification & Validation (V&V) activities by ensuring requirements are properly defined, linked, and managed.
• Support Change Management activities by assessing, tracking, and maintaining changes to requirements.

• Extensive experience in Requirements Management, preferably but not necessarily for complex projects or organizations in the railway sector.
• Proven experience (5 years) in the use of Requirements Management Tools.
• Knowledge of System Engineering disciplines and UML modelling.
• Knowledge of industry-specific technology or systems.
• Fluent in English and good command of technical English.
