Job Description

As a Resource Optimization Specialist, you will act as a key link between Trust & Safety Operations, Workforce Management, Vendor Management, and Product teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Trust & Safety Operations, Trust Product, Workforce Management, and Vendor Management to develop processes and guidelines that balance business priorities, moderator experience, and operational feasibility.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. You will help establish scalable processes that improve cross-functional collaboration, ensure resource-related questions are addressed efficiently, and enable Operations teams to deliver targets as effectively as possible.

You will play a key role in shaping the frameworks, insights, and ways of working that allow Trust & Safety Operations to optimise resources, improve workload forecasting, and continuously enhance operational performance.

  • Act as main point of contact for managing daily workload and resource matters.
  • Act as workload knowledge expert in cross-department projects, sharing know-how and feedback.
  • Stay in continuous sync with Partner Performance Specialists and key stakeholders, reporting findings on moderation results and managing problem escalations.
  • Gather feedback on workload forecasting and make adjustments, improving forecast accuracy over time.
  • Identify inefficiencies in resource allocation and workload distribution, recommending and implementing improvements with quantified impact.

Requirements

  • Have the ability to think quickly and use analytical skills to independently resolve issues as they occur.
  • Have strong workload forecasting and resource optimisation skills, producing plans that hold up against actuals.
  • Highly collaborative, and prioritise tasks effectively with little supervision.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Subject matter credibility, being the reference point others rely on for workload questions.
  • Effective coordination, keeping delivery on track across organisational boundaries.
  • Coaching and knowledge sharing, raising planning capability across the team.
