Job Description

Interbridge Financial Group is a specialist provider, arranger and investor into short term financing secured against prime European real estate. The business is primarily serving UK market, but you will be joining during an exciting time of expansion into other European jurisdictions and working for our new team based in Vilnius, looking into transactions in UK, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Switzerland and Monaco.

The main role of the Risk Analyst is to perform risk assessments, investigations, analyses and execution support in relation to financing opportunities, in line with Interbridge credit policies and processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assess financing requests against company lending criteria and investor guidelines
• Assist in preparing financing terms
• Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the credit committee
• Conduct investigation and due diligence on properties and borrowers
• Liaise with and manage external parties (Surveyors, Solicitors and Customers)
• Ensure all data on our back-office loan processing systems is up-to-date
• Assist with managing portfolio of outstanding investments
• Ensure documentation is collated and stored in line with company policies
• Assist with development of new markets, products and policies
• Provide training to new colleagues

Requirements

• Working experience in fields with relevant skills (banking, insurance, accounting, fintech etc.)


• Good level of spoken and written English (C1)


• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and risks


• Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel


• Proactive with good work ethics
