RnD Scientist – Molecular Biologist (190837BR)

Our team in Vilnius is looking for R&D Scientist who will be involved in development of new products for Chemistry OEM portfolio. The scope of research work to create and validate bioanalytical methods, perform products characterization studies, participate in new products implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of bioanalytical methods for natural or modified nucleosides/nucleotides and related compounds.
• Validation and transfer of bioanalytical methods.
• Performing of bioanalytical methods comparability studies.
• Preparation and presentation of experimental data summaries and protocols.
• Maintenance of accurate lab notebooks.
• Scientific literature analysis related to products under development and new idea generation.
• Working with Operations, Quality, product managers and customers to troubleshoot problems and understand unmet needs.

• Master degree in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical
• Extensive proven experience in bioanalytical chemistry (biotechnological industry is an advantage).
• Extensive hands-on experience with major molecular biology and biochemistry techniques.
• Must have a solid understanding of bioanalytical methods validation strategies.
• Experience in ISO 13485 and GMP quality systems is highly preferable.
