Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Support Specialist to play a critical role in the future development of their capabilities in the Nordic and Baltic region. The Sales and Customer Support specialist will be responsible for promoting, communicating, networking and searching for new partners in Lithuania. The Sales and Customer Support Specialist will also work closely with Swedish team and handle incoming customers’ claims.

Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, the incumbent will report to the CEO and work hand-in-hand with other business teams to maintain effective communication.

Main responsibilities:

• Search of new company’s partners in Lithuania;


•  Constant communication with company’s partners from other Nordic countries;


• Insurance claims handling.

Requirements

• Proficient in Lithuanian and English;


• Good Swedish/Finnish language skills;


• Flexible mind-set and can-do attitude;


• Ability to work independently;


• Interest in working with dynamic, different tasks as well as growing together with the company.
