Sales assistant

The Sales Assistant is responsible for ensuring excellent service for our B2B partners across the Baltics and Finland. The primary focus of this role is client communication and precise management of the order-to-delivery process. You will serve as the daily operational link between our customers and the logistics platform in Poland.

• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers in the region, handling inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining professional relationships
• Enter and manage orders in the system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery terms
• Communicate daily with the logistics platform in Poland to monitor stock levels, coordinate shipments, and resolve delivery-related issues
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
• Ability to manage tasks across multiple Baltic and Nordic markets
• Previous experience in sales administration, B2B customer service, or logistics coordination would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
