What We’re Looking For
- A higher degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (must-have);
- Prior experience in sales, particularly with international clients, is a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and a proactive attitude;
- A high level of integrity, responsibility, and adaptability;
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset;
- Curiosity about taxes and their impact on e-commerce.
What You Will Do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide Live Chat support;
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients;
- Assist senior colleagues with daily sales and administrative tasks;
- Maintain accurate data entry in the CRM system;
- Participate in remote meetings with clients (in English).
