Job Description

At 70Ventures, we back the most promising B2B entrepreneurs. We help them to build and scale in-house specialized sales teams to fuel a predictable revenue engine!

Right now we are looking for a Polish-speaking sales executive who would love to tackle the challenge of getting an IoT hardware solution into Poland. The startup is from the renewables sector and develops a solution for solar panels installers.


As an inside sales executive, you’ll be in charge of the most challenging yet exciting part of the sales process. You will constantly e-meet with prospects to listen to their needs and discover their pain points. Every single demo of your solution will need to be tailored to the prospect’s expectations and needs in order to trigger actionable next steps.

Finally, you will need to excel at organizing your sales pipeline to constantly smash your quotas.

By the way, sales teams in our startups have diverse educational and professional backgrounds including engineering, IT, business, accounting, tax and others.


  • You speak fluent Polish,
  • You love connecting with lots of people and starting conversations,
  • The idea of working in a startup and going to market from scratch excites you,
  • You have lead research experience, strong interest in B2B sales, structure and performance-oriented mindset.


TIME REQUIRED: Full time with flexible hours.

  • Manage and train a team of Lead Research Specialists to create and control a predictable leads pipeline,
  • Run, monitor and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns to potential customers using our data-driven sales methodology,
  • Closely following the sales process and updating the CRM with tasks and opportunities,
  • Constantly learning about your market so you could become a go-to expert in your field,
  • Joining forces with the founders and executing a lean go-to-market strategy,
  • Closing deaaaaals and crushing your quota to earn your UNCAPPED commissions.
