Job Description

  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Manage corporate account portfolio to ensure maximum production and meet set professional goals
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Proactively prospect new accounts
  • Proactively source MICE leads through networking, sales calls, trade shows, and partnerships.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Event coordination: act as the main point of contact for MICE clients, ensure accurate communication of event details to internal departments, resolve issues and ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled
  • Support the development and implementation of new programs and strategies within Sales & Marketing

Requirements

  • Communication, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Experience as a Sales or relevant role
  • High education in business management, economics or tourism and hospitality will be considered as an adventage)
  • Results-driven approach and passion for sales
  • Local language. Fluency in English and other languages will be considered as an adventage
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, fast learner
