Job Description

Main responsibilities:
• Actively looking for new sales opportunities and making contacts;
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and potential clients;
• Preparation of commercial offers, presentations, participation in negotiations;
• Formation and development of sales strategy in Lithuania;
• Organization and execution of the sales process;
• Implementation of sales targets and sales budget;
• Market and competitors analysis.


Qualification and requirements:
• B2B sales experience;
• Experience in complex service delivery solutions;
• Good understanding of common business principles;
• Diplomacy and ability to persuade, professionally and logically arguing;
• Persistence in achieving goals;
• Very good planning and prioritization skills;
• Communicability;
• Willingness to walk an extra mile;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools;
• Excellent English language skills, Russian language knowledge – advantage;
• Drivers licence B category.
