SALES MANAGER BALTICS
We are currently seeking a motivated professional to contribute to the operations in Baltics in a fast‑paced, technology‑fueled environment.
Working place: Vilnius, Lithuania
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Management:
- Translating Group’s global sales strategy into localized operational plans for the region (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
- Monitoring and driving key performance indicators: revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, and market approach.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of sales processes by managing territory and budget plans.
- Providing insights into market trends, identifying business opportunities, and implementing improvements in sales tools (CRM).
Local Marketing Management:
- Creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the region, including offline (fairs, events) and online (e-commerce) activities.
- Managing local marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Actively leveraging social media to build brand awareness and strengthen customer relationships.
Team Development:
- Leading the sales team through recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Building a collaborative, transparent, and results-oriented team culture.
Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Initiating and managing local sales projects while participating in international sales initiatives.
- Collaborating with support functions (marketing, logistics, IT) to ensure alignment and consistency in operations.
- Representing the company in business partner relations and maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in B2B and B2C environments;
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in e-commerce operations, including understanding online customer behavior and managing assortment, pricing and marketing activities;
- Experience in managing sales projects and integrating operations across entities.
- Expertise in marketing, including both online and offline channels.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, inspire and coordinate teams;
- Experience in managing and developing relationships with distributors;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (a must);
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, with analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
- Availability for frequent travel (approximately 30-40% of the time);
- Flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes and integration processes.

Salary: from 5500 EUR gross/monthly and annual bonus based on performance
