Sales Manager – Logistics (Road | Sea | Air)

Holship Lithuania is looking for a true sales professional — not an order taker, not a coordinator, and not a junior profile.

This role is for someone who:

• understands logistics,
• enjoys winning new business,
• and wants to earn more by selling more.

What you will do

• Actively hunt and win new B2B clients in logistics and freight forwarding
• Build and grow your own client portfolio
• Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → offers → negotiations → closing
• Sell road, sea, and air freight solutions
• Advise customers commercially — not operationally
• Work independently, with full responsibility for your sales results

• you are looking for an administrative or support role
• you have no real sales targets experience
• You dont have proven sales experience
• You are not fluent in Russian and English

We are looking for

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in logistics / freight forwarding
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of logistics solutions
• Clear focus on new business development
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Fast, confident communication with clients
• Solid IT skills (CRM, MS Office, digital tools)
• Fluent English and Russian 
• Category B driving licence
