Job Description
We are an enthusiastic and cooperative active sales team in Paysera. At the moment we are looking for a new colleague - Sales manager for B2B.
If you feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, like to communicate with a lot of different people and clients, and you are a creative closer who thrives in a deadline-driven sales environment, this position is for you. And, by the way, YOU MUST LOVE SALES!
You will be responsible for:
- searching and making contacts with potential leads (B2B);
- keeping in touch with potential customers;
- making active Paysera products sales;
- working with the team to find new ways of reaching new customers;
- identifying customer needs and recommending product solutions;
- negotiating with clients, signing contracts;
- reaching sales goals.
Requirements
- experience in active sales (B2B);
- ability to find common ground with the client;
- resilience;
- an honest approach towards colleagues and clients;
- proven ability to close sales;
- quick learning and decision-making abilities;
- fluency in English and Lithuanian;
- experience working in the fintech sector would be an advantage;
- driver's licence.
