Job Description

We are an enthusiastic and cooperative active sales team in Paysera. At the moment we are looking for a new colleague - Sales manager for B2B.

If you feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, like to communicate with a lot of different people and clients, and you are a creative closer who thrives in a deadline-driven sales environment, this position is for you. And, by the way, YOU MUST LOVE SALES!

You will be responsible for:

  • searching and making contacts with potential leads (B2B);
  • keeping in touch with potential customers;
  • making active Paysera products sales;
  • working with the team to find new ways of reaching new customers;
  • identifying customer needs and recommending product solutions;
  • negotiating with clients, signing contracts;
  • reaching sales goals.

Requirements

  • experience in active sales (B2B);
  • ability to find common ground with the client; 
  • resilience;
  • an honest approach towards colleagues and clients;
  • proven ability to close sales;
  • quick learning and decision-making abilities;
  • fluency in English and Lithuanian;
  • experience working in the fintech sector would be an advantage;
  • driver's licence.
