Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → proposals → contract negotiation → campaign follow-up.
Partner with Campaign Managers to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Provide market feedback to support product innovation and development.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in media, retail, or FMCG sales or account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of shopper marketing or media planning is a plus.
Highly proactive, well-organized, and client-centric mindset.
Fluent in Lithuanian – C1 level
Fluent in English – B2 level.
