Sales Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager for retail clients in Baltic states based in Vilnius, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting product offerings, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The role also includes tracking sales performance and collaborating with other departments to support business objectives.

Job description:

• Actively acquire new clients (cosmetology clinics, beauty salons, SPA centers, hotels).
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Present and sell company products (cosmetics, beauty supplements, professional beauty products).
• Provide consultations and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Conduct negotiations, prepare offers, and close deals.
• Ensure smooth order handling and customer experience.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and support expansion initiatives.

• Previous experience in sales (B2C or B2B, experience in beauty/cosmetics industry is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Ability to attract new clients (including cold outreach).
• Basic understanding of cosmetics products.
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
