Sales Manager (Vilnius)

Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers in your assigned region;
  • Visit existing and potential customers, with a target of at least seven meetings per day;
  • Attract new customers, negotiate commercial terms and conclude agreements;
  • Build long-term relationships with workshops, transport companies and other automotive aftermarket customers;
  • Increase sales, customer loyalty and profitability;
  • Record customer meetings and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

The role combines the development of existing accounts with active new business acquisition.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of successful B2B field sales experience;
  • Experience in the automotive spare parts or aftermarket industry;
  • An established customer portfolio and a proven sales track record;
  • Good knowledge of the Lithuanian automotive aftermarket;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • A proactive, independent and results-driven approach;
  • Category B driving licence and readiness to work in the field;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and conversational English and/or Russian.

Experience with CRM systems and automotive parts catalogues, such as TecDoc, would be an advantage.
