Sales operations specialist (maternity cover)

What You'll Do
• Maintain and update core CRM data (MPL, templates, limits, services).
• Train and support sales teams to ensure effective CRM usage.
• Oversee seamless rebate processes between CRM Dynamics and SAP.
• Entering agreements into the system.
• Manage customer creation workflows in CRM/SAP.
• Keep price lists accurate and up to date in collaboration with Sales.
• Create and modify purchase orders and handle invoice processing.
• Support rebate related tasks and ensure correct documentation.
• Provide customer reports when needed.
• Gather process improvement needs and represent Sales in digital and process development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
• Good English skills (B1–B2 or higher).
• Higher education, preferably in a commercial field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of CRM tools and SAP.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Independent, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Curiousity and eagerness to learn.
• Focus on improvement, with a drive to find better ways of working.
• Helpful and willing to support others personality.
