Sales Representative (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)

Daily tasks:

  • Market analysis in terms of sales development potential.
  • Active acquisition of new B2B customers and sales development in the dedicated area.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with business partners.
  • Meeting established sales targets and quality indicators
  • Preparing offers and documentation for tenders.
  • Sales negotiations.
  • Monitoring competitors’ activities.

We expect:

  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a manufacturing company in the printing or packaging industry.
  • Experience in implementing sales projects related to new customer acquisition and market building.
  • Efficiency in action, result-oriented, proactive problem solving and analytical thinking.
  • Computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Proficiency in Polish to enable free communication.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Willingness to visit customers regularly and availability for business trips.
  • Experience in selling solid, corrugated and/or laminated cardboard packaging would be an asset.
