Job Description

Most of the time you will be talking with customers and pursuing leads. Work is from office, without actually visiting customers.

The key responsibilities are converting prospecting and generating qualified leads:

• provide a fast, impressive response to inbound (on-line) requests;
• maintain contact with ‘sleeping’ accounts by direct 1 to 1 call&chat;
• research and update CRM database;

• book appointments for Field Sales team by identifying a decision maker, business needs, time frames and budgets.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, cold calls, phone sales, marketing.


• Work with technical products.


• Should have sales skills, Ask and Listen skills, ability to convince, keep prospecting despite the “no”.


• Structured personality, disciplined and organized record-keeping in CRM.


• Team player, closely work with Field Account and other department to convert leads in sales.


• Top Sales representative = sales skills + drive + structure & Team-Player
