Stanley Black & Decker is focused on expanding in the Baltic States and seeks a Sales Representative in Lithuania dedicated to quality, safety, and sustainability.

You will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with assigned customers in Lithuania – Modern Trade companies (DIY stores).
- Visiting customers, advising on the best options for positioning tools, understanding the current needs of the end customer.
- Developing plans for customer retention and growth.
- Ensuring product knowledge and effective merchandising.
- Supporting and monitoring distributor promotional activities.
- And more tasks necessary to ensure the growth of the company in a region.

What we expect from you:
- Motivation, desire to succeed and interest in working in a technical industry.
- Similar experience in a sales position.
- Willingness to learn, results and customer oriented personality.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian language and good knowledge of English.
- Driving license B.
