What you will do?

• Drive new business acquisition by actively identifying and converting B2B opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within services or solution-based industries.
• Strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian (native) and English (B2 or above).
• Confident working independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid B category driver’s license – company car provided.

• Monthly salary from 2700 – 3000 eur gross + performance-based bonus.
