TRATON Finans AB is a financial services company and is now entering the Nordic-Baltic market for MAN Financial Services products (MFS). We offer financing and insurance solutions for Scania and MAN products and related equipment through our presence in the Nordic and Baltic countries. 

Join us as our new Sales Support Specialist!

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales processes and working in a dynamic, international environment? MAN Financial services (MFS) is now looking for a Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our front-office operations and ensure a seamless customer and dealer experience. In this role, you will be an important link between customers, dealers and internal stakeholders. You will handle a wide range of customer-related enquiries, support the sales process and contribute to continuous improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support daily customer service and sales operations
  • Handle customer and dealer enquiries, payment questions and service requests
  • Provide guidance on leasing-related topics and MFS’s offered services
  • Coordinate communication between customers, dealers and internal departments
  • Prepare and manage operational documentation related to deliveries, insurance and vehicle processes
  • Maintain accurate customer data and ensure proper filing
  • Collaborate with insurance companies, suppliers and other partners
  • Provide CRM and system support to dealers
  • Ensure high service quality and contribute to improved processes and efficiency

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Prior 1-2 years of experience in customer financing field (lending or leasing)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a great team player
  • Good IT and system skills (CRM experience is an advantage)
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
  • Russian language is an advantage
