Sales Support Specialist

Order Management

• Process and manage order acceptance and disposition, including invoicing.
• Process deposits accurately and efficiently.
• Organize dirty-box returns from retailers and create the corresponding credit notes.
• Book empty-container collection documents for completed retailer collections.
• Review collection slips for plausibility and post any necessary corrections.
• Control and process movements.

Stock and Returns Management

• Conduct customer stock checks and process inventory-related requests.
• Monitor and control depot stock levels.
• Review box-stop cases and manage the associated returns process.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to dirty-box returns.

Customer and Partner Support

• Provide written and telephone support to customers and retailers.
• Handle customer complaints and operational enquiries.
• Support customers with system-related questions and issues.

Master Data Management

• Create new customer accounts in SAP
• Maintain and update customer master data.

• Several years of experience in logistics and customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships across all levels
• Quick understanding of customer needs with a solution-oriented mindset
• Positive, confident personality with strong persuasive and collaborative skills
• Fluent Lithuanian and English,  Russian is an advantage
