GET READY TO:

  • Manage documentation in a structured way including collection of necessary documents, preparation and sending the contracts
  • Coordination of communication with the clients related to contracts and offer sending questions
  • Working with the customer database: entering and updating customer data
  • Communication with customers, sales representatives, and sales support specialists in other countries.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Higher education
  • Similar work experience would be considered as a great advantage
  • Excellent command of English and Lithuanian languages
  • Knowledge of Russian, Polish and German languages would be considered as a great advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Ambition to work with clients directly in near future
  • Strong ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and prioritize
  • Knowledge of MS Office software package.
