Darbo aprašymas

  • On-board, train new sales team members, delegate and prioritize tasks, monitor the team's performance (KPI’s are met).
  • Assist sales team in different questions, difficult situations and customers’ problems.
  • Substitute sales team members during holidays and sick leave.
  • Provide sales team constructive feedback, motivate and create atmosphere of healthy competition.
  • Execute agreed sales plan and report results to the management team periodically.
  • Generate sales from existing and potential customers during spare time slots to achieve agreed sales target.
  • Maintain positive and professional customer relations.

Reikalavimai

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in food industry, but not necessary).
  • Proven experience in managing, training, motivating sales team (not less than 3 people).
  • Good German and English languages skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, resistance to stress, and attention to details.  
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
