On-board, train new sales team members, delegate and prioritize tasks, monitor the team's performance (KPI’s are met).
Assist sales team in different questions, difficult situations and customers’ problems.
Substitute sales team members during holidays and sick leave.
Provide sales team constructive feedback, motivate and create atmosphere of healthy competition.
Execute agreed sales plan and report results to the management team periodically.
Generate sales from existing and potential customers during spare time slots to achieve agreed sales target.
Maintain positive and professional customer relations.
Reikalavimai
Proven experience in sales (preferably in food industry, but not necessary).
Proven experience in managing, training, motivating sales team (not less than 3 people).
Good German and English languages skills (verbal and written).
Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities, resistance to stress, and attention to details.
Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
