Job Description

• Perform analysis and makes recommendations regarding Systems related software assessment.
• Keep abreast of industry standards and recommends solutions to meet those standards.
• Proficiency with Third party software integration within a server enterprise environment.
• Evaluates asset and configuration management tools and recommends those that best meet the organizations budget, resource and requirements; in terms of databases and software libraries, workflows and reports generation.
•Monitor existing asset and configuration management systems, and recommends improvement opportunities.
•Provides periodic and accurate inventory reports from SCCM for IT Asset Management processes.

Requirements

• SCCM 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience.
• Full understanding of SCCM 2012 Hierarchy including setup/troubleshooting
• Ability to create Applications & Packages are a must. Collections also within a SCCM 2012 environment.
• Application update on a time specific frame.
• Solid Understanding of MS-SQL Databases/Capacity to make and adjust queries on demand.
• Very good MS-SQL DB/Query and reporting knowledge - is preferred.
•Powershell or vbs scripting skills - are preferred.
