Are you a compassionate and experienced healthcare professional looking to make a difference in an educational setting? We are seeking a qualified and dedicated School Nurse to join our team and ensure the well-being of our students and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to:

  • Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff during school hours, including after-school sports activities and tournaments.
  • Ensure compliance with Lithuanian health regulations and school policies on communicable diseases.
  • Review medical documentstion; provide guidance on student exclusion and readmission.
  • Train staff to recognize early signs of illness.
  • Maintain and restock first aid kits and medical supplies throughout the school.Promote a safe and healthy school environment.
  • Participate in the development of services and health improvement activities.
  • Comply with all relevant health laws; refer to external health services when needed. 

Requirements

  • Valid local license as a registered nurse.
  • Current CPR and Professional Rescuer certification.
  • School nurse experience would be an advantage (especially with children aged 2–18); international experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, Lithuanian.
  • Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
