Job Description
- Search for new customers as well as maintain and develop strong relationship with existing clients by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Drive sales and expand products market share, deliver forecast and growth expectations.
- Develop partnership with identified decision makers and key opinion leaders.
- Organize and lead sales/training seminars, participate in conferences and trade shows.
- Together with marketing coordinate and develop training, presentation and promotional materials, ensure its compliance with legislation.
- Be regarded as an expert in relevant Microbiology areas by customers, commercial partners and key opinion leaders.
- Manage procurement and procurement processes.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Master degree in Food Sciences, Clinical Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Medicine or related discipline. Business degree preferred.
- Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
- Experience in laboratory work in the field of microbiology, molecular biology or related, and managerial positions in sales are preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position would be a great advantage.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English language (at least B2).
- High-level of responsibility for customer’s needs and demands.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to influence and manage resources/staff without direct reporting relationships.
- Analytical thinking and strong result focus.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt within a fast-changing business environment.
- Good presentation skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Driving license and willingness to travel.
