Scrum Master for Assurance Services

We are now looking for an IT oriented Scrum Master to Product & Production, Assurance Services organization within Telia IT. In Product & Production we continuously consolidate and develop our OSS backend systems, thereby, Simplicity and Automation are driving our activities to support our business and stakeholders in the most efficient way. Your next challenge?

As a Scrum Master you will have the direct operational responsibility for the work within a DevOPS team but also facilitating the co-creation with neighboring teams. Typical tasks of a Scrum Master include e.g. supporting Product Owner on grooming and maintaining the product backlog, coaching the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers, guiding the team on how to get most out of self-organization, assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher level at the pace that is sustainable for the team and organization.  

In this key position you will be co-creating the further direction of our highly skilled Agile team supporting Telia’s Service Assurance business area with high-quality, cutting-edge IT services. You will be part of a multi-national team within Telia IT, where your skills are valued, opinions considered, and constant drive for and delivery of improvements recognized and rewarded all the way through.

In addition, you might need to lead small assignments involving design and discovery of short-term and long-term solutions to our IT applications.

• Continuously keep different technical documentation up to date

• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency

Who are you?

Knowledge and experience

• You have a technical background, university degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

• Experience in Scrum Master or Project Management role for at least 3 year for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles

• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling the intentional gaps left in Scrum approach (burndown technologies, retrospective formats, handling bugs etc.). 

• Knowledge of various Agile approaches like SAFe, awareness and experience with Agile techniques: user stories, TDD, Continuous Integration / Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing etc.

• Familiarity with and experience in DevSecOps best practices and transformations.

• Experience as an Solution Manager within OSS Fault Management area or Business Analyst is a plus

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3636 Eur to 5455 Eur (gross) monthly.
