SCRUM Master

Your responsibilities will include:

• Organize SCRUM events as necessary
• Find methods to effectively manage the sprint backlog
• Help communicate the owner’s product backlog to the project team
• Lead and coach SCRUM adoption in team and project
• Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity

We expect you have:

• SCRUM Master certification and/or presently practicing SCRUM
• Strong orientation to customer
• Experience in Agile Software Development Processes
• Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
• Creativity and courage to bring in and develop your own ideas
• Very good written and spoken knowledge of English
• Excellent communication, organizational and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability, critical thinking
• Willingness to travel
• Understand SAFe framework principles nice to have

• Attractive salary package: base salary at 2500 – 3200 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
