Job Description

• Minimum of 2 years management or team lead experience
• Minimum of 4 years of technical support experience
• Medium to Strong network and security knowledge
• Proficient in Windows, Mac and Linux
• Excellent customer-oriented individual, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Primary escalation point for team members, and internal/external customers and partners
• Assists with team coaching, training, and quality review checks
• Provides input on trending data, and processes reporting request as needed
• Cross-trains with multiple operations departments to provide support
• Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations and organizational policies and procedures
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work in flexible hours
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
