Senior Accountant

Your future role:

• Perform Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations, account clearing and investigate any discrepancies.
• Perform accounting procedures according to the process flow, timeline and quality requirements.
• Monitoring the financial transactions, check and review supporting documentation.
• Supervision of outsourced accounting providers.
• Managing fixed Asset Accounting, including Transfer and Split Asset Accounting.
• Preparation / review of VAT returns and other tax settlements and forms.
• Preparation / review of annual and extraordinary financial and income tax reports.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Oversee monthly closing in accordance with local legislation and the requirements of the Company's Group, perform Month End journal entries.
• Coordinate communication and preparation of requested documents to auditors, outsourced accountants, tax advisors and other 3rd parties.
• Review, develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business administration/Finance or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in the field of accounting.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Close & Period End Reporting, Balance Sheet Account reconciliations, and General Ledger Accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting, legal tax requirements (import VAT, VAT, Income tax, etc.).
• Ability to manage your time & prioritize tasks.
• Personal Attributes: proactivity, positiveness, open-minded, result-oriented focus.
• Communication Skills: An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and company partners at least B1 English level, while fostering clear and impactful interactions.
