Senior Accounting Consultant

Key responsibilities:

• Leading complex client projects and cases with minimal supervision needed; 
• Ensuring accounting cycle runs smoothly, preparing financial and accounting reports;
• Regularly communicating with clients on client cases and projects;
• Demonstrating proactive approach in building relationship with clients and seeking for strong understanding of clients’ needs and objectives;
• Effectively leading and coordinating work of junior colleagues;
• Systemizing own knowledge and sharing with others.

• Degree in finance, accounting or economics;
• At least 3-5 years of proven successful experience in accounting, finance and/or audit;
• Advanced user of MS Excel and experience with accounting software;
• Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy;
• Willingness to deepen professional and personal competencies, ambitious professional goals.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFRS, Lithuanian Business Accounting Standards, corporate and tax law;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• ACCA is an advantage.
