Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant

Handle incoming and outgoing payments for B2C, B2B
Handle requests from customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure that internal control procedures are managed
Drive continuous improvements initiatives within the Volume AR process
Engage in projects related to Volume Accounts Receivable
Collaboration and support to stakeholder and other engaged third parties such as auditors
Month end closing activities
Follow given KPI and SLA
Other VAR related tasks according SLA agreement
Bachelor’s degree or similar in Finance
Hands on experience from Accounts Receivable (2-3 years)
At least basic knowledge of general accounting and good understanding of the overall financial processes
Strong communication skills
Analytical, structured and pay attention to details
Solution oriented and curious team player who enjoys collaborating with others
Good excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
Experience from SAP ERP (advantage)
Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of one or more of the Nordic languages is an advantage but not a requirement

I am Aistė Kernagienė, leading Volume Accounts Receivable and Shop Accounting Team within Finance Operations in Telia Global Services Lithuania. With over 500 team mates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company’s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.
Right now, I am looking for Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant to join Volume Accounts Receivable and Shop Accounting Team at Telia Company Financial Shared Services (FSS).
Your next challenge?
The team you will be part of is responsible for accounts receivable daily and month end tasks: handling a large Volume of incoming payments for Sweden (B2C, B2B), making repayments to the customers, maintaining VAR Ledgers, BS reconciliations, supporting business in accounting related questions.

You are also expected to support our stakeholders, the business, with expertise to ensure correct accounting. Some month end closing activities are also part of the role’s responsibilities.

We offer a monthly base salary from 2067 to 2600 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
