The opportunity
As a Senior Advisor in Business Integrity and Fraud Risk, you’ll help our clients to address critical challenges in corporate fraud, compliance and financial crime areas. Your professional drive and experience will be key as you join our expanding team and advise organizations on how to navigate complex nuances of fraud prevention, compliance, risk management, internal control money implementation as well as adherence to laws and regulations. With EY, you’ll not only be at the forefront of shaping industry practices and delivering top-tier insights but also accelerating your career in a collaborative, international setting.
Work with business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on projects related to compliance, corporate fraud, risk management and white-collar crime.
Dive into real-life cases, analyze processes to identify various corporate risks and advise clients on not only how to address such risks but also establish and maintain effective control mechanisms within their organizations.
Perform independent assessments, integrity due diligence and conduct fact-finding investigations.
Together with more senior team members look for new opportunities to create value for our clients.
Delegate to and oversee work of junior consultants.
Attributes to thrive in the role
Work experience in Compliance / Financial Crime / Internal Audit areas, consulting or Big4 experience will be considered an advantage.
Result driven mentality with deep sense of responsibility for own’s work.
Curiosity and excellent knowledge of Lithuanian as well as international compliance regulations, fraud prevention best practices.
Broad-spectrum knowledge of financial sector, its services and products. Keeping up with Lithuanian & international business news.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, including delegating tasks and supervising the work of junior colleagues.
Strong IT skills with the ability to leverage Excel.
Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
University degree in Law, Finance, Business or related areas.
