We are looking for a motivated and strategic Senior Brand Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lidl. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of brand strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure our assortment remains innovative, competitive, and aligned with market trends. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies for Lidl’s assortment to ensure growth and market relevance.
  • Maintain regular communication with global brand suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships with new vendors.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights using Nielsen and other data sources.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on product performance, supplier agreements, and market intelligence.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the brand assortment.
  • Ensure compliance with Lidl’s quality standards, sustainability initiatives, and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of purchasing and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Key Account Manager or Brand Manager, preferably in retail, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement brand strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
  • Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and market insights.
  • Commercial mindset with focus on profitability, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and other business tools.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
