Job Description
Callcredit Information Group Kaunas is establishing a new development team and offering an opening for Senior C# Engineer (Full Stack developer). This position will be responsible for participating in delivering DecisionMetrics solutions to clients. This will require design, programming, testing, documentation, integration and an element of customer support. Projects are usually web based and require the integration of one or many external components/APIs. The Senior Engineer will be required to coach and mentor a new Interface team junior members and quickly learn the component and technology base deployed within DecisionMetrics.
What will you do?
- Design, testing, documentation, technical and business handover and support.
- Understand and follow the SDLC process adopted by the team.
- Software components interface and interface emulation configuration. Web client configuration.
- Provide operational and technical support for software releases and third line support for live software.
- Act as a Tech Lead by reviewing code, coaching and mentoring associate engineers
- Participate in the integration consultancy with clients supporting them in integrating to DecisionMetrics developed software.
- Occasional travel to UK for project deliveries
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience of server side technologies such as C#, WCF, Web Services (SOAP/Rest), ASP.NET
- 1.5+ years’ experience of developing solutions using XML/XSLT
- Knowledge of Javascript, CSS and HTML
- A good understanding of general source control practices (structures, versioning, branching, tagging, merging)
- Experience of writing unit tests and using unit test frameworks
- Fluent English
- Able to work under own initiative to develop projects and work to deadlines without supervision
- Ability to communicate superbly, both with technical and non-technical staf
We would appreciate if you have experience in:
- SQL Server database development
- Experience of working within IT industry and within a team delivering solutions to clients
