Senior Compliance Associate

The Compliance Associate will work in an evolving regulatory environment and will assist the Compliance Department in administering the company's Compliance programme with a focus on supporting regulatory  filings and general compliance work for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

• Support the broader EMEA Compliance team in meeting its supervisory obligations;
• Review and draft documents for submission;
• Liaise internally with the business and the global Compliance team to obtain the requisite material;
• Preparation of responses and feedback to regulator requests;
• Assist with the preparation of Compliance reports internally and externally;
• Assist compliance officers with the production of management and board reporting.

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Law or Finance;
• 2+ years of experience within the financial industry (Relevant experience with a financial industry regulator, corporate internal audit department and/or compliance department of a regulated financial services firm is desirable).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills;
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance work;
• Fluent (written & oral)  in English;
• Highly organized and efficient, with administrative skill and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
